Musicremedy works well, but it usually only uses windows media player (which i don't have). Do you know of any website where I can stream music for free w/out downloading anything? On Quicktime, if possible.

www.pandora.com is good if you just want stream non specific music. It creates a station for you based of similarities between songs or artists you like and in my experience it's pretty accurate once you build it's musical profile of you and it's easily done. Just add a few songs or artists to get you started and the rest comes from rating songs you are played. It's also totally browser based
