My website isn't functioning normal, what may be the problem and how can I fix it?

I was renaming images on my website then front page gave me an error saying it is going to have to close on me.......no specific error code :(
When I opened front page again it didnt have the web page files anymore.....when I go to my website it gives me this http://www.passion4myart.com

You need a page named index.html or default.html. That will act as your "home page"

Rename your other page "index.html" or "default.html"

Also, your page names should not contain spaces. Use underscores _ instead of spaces. Spaces aren't something that Web browsers handle well when trying to get a link.

You do not have index.htm or index.html on your site. Create an index.htm and upload it on yahoo. it will be the starting page when people visits your site. That is the problem on your site. :-)

Try it again, if that does not work contact your hosting company. Also back up your files before and after you up load them
