According to both of my ultrasounds and my last period my due date is March 31st, 2007, and I was told by my doctor that I more than likely conceived on July 8th, 2006. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for over a year, and we did have unprotected sex on July 8th in which he did ejaculate inside of me. But I have a problem. On July 10th, 2006, I was raped. It only lasted for maybe 30 to 45 seconds because after I started kicking and screaming he stopped. He did not ejaculate inside of me or anything, but I am aware that you could also get pregnant from precum. Who is more than likely the father of my child? Help me please!

You need to go on Dr.Phil or Jerry Springer to find out.

That is very confusing & troubling - I am sorry to hear that, as I have been a victim.....but as a previous writer suggested. Aside from a DNA test for sure, I would carry on with this Pregnancy as it being your boyfriends, considering the definate possibility. As long as you have his support, together you can consider this baby a blessing....either way you've been chosen by God & I firmly believe this innocent Baby to be it's mother & your boyfriend it's father (regardless).
Stressing out right now will only add strain to your pregnancy and your baby's wellbeing (they feel your emotions). Show this baby your love with all you have and things will work out for the best!

My fiance wanted me to add that semen can live within for up to 3-5 days (that we've read) and either way your Man was there first & no doubt Kicked that others weak may have existed.) So that's something.

You can have your boyfriend take a paternity test after your child is born if he's not the dad then you will know. I am sorry this has happened to you. In some states the local child support division will help you with cost of the test considering the circumstances.

Only way to be sure is to do a paternity test after the baby is born. Conception dates are approximate and not an exact science; you could've ovulated earlier or later and that bit of information is crucial when trying to determine who the father is.

I hope it is your boyfriend, though. Blessings to you and your family.

well thats to close to tell, but I hope it's your B.F. and not that creep, but what i wanna know is what will happen it it's not your B.F.'s. What will you do? i hope you keep him/her because even though somethin bad happened, it was a blessing because he/she is from you and it is your blood no matter what. Maybe it's a sign that your child is ment to be something great in the world. I know it sounds bad, but it's here for a reason.

More than likely, your boyfriend. You should probably go ahead and have a paternity test. If you and your boyfriend break up, you will need it to get child support.

Just forget about the rape scene. Just think of today and the future of yourself and your child. Stick your mind that the father of your baby is your boyfriend. Its for your own good and your child too.

Move on!!!

I'd say it's your boyfriends, although of course I can't possibly make any better of a guess than you can. Good luck with your pregnancy and baby. I take it this was a planned pregnancy and you are prepared? :) Best wishes.....
