My parents say 'don't eat so much' but yet they force me to eat every single day.

It's a matter of eating healthier. To properly lose weight, you need to eat three meals a day.

u have to eat everyday , & u shouldn't eat too much , what's strange about that ? if u wana lose some weight u have to eat in amounts smaller than u used to , coz if u didnt eat at all , ur not gona lose weight coz your body will feel like its starving & save calories as much as it can & it will make use of every single thing u eat & u may turn out gaining weight plus having psychic problems coz u starved yourself , eat small amount , exercise a bit & see the result , good luck

You have to eat 6 small portions every day in order to lose weight.
