I am a male and im only 24 years old I have sharp stinging pain in my lower abdomin. feels like its near the prostate. I feel it mostly when I sit or cough. somtimes its realy painful. its been comeing and going for the last two days. If you have any ideas please give me your input. please no jokes. I could be freeking dieing hear.

You may have a bladder infection, it could also be a hernia, you really should plan on seeing your doctor soon I don't think you are dieing, Could you have a STD?

it is not really clear..need more details but here are some of the suggestions it could be a hernia because the pain is there whenever you cough or do things that increase the abdominal pressure ..the other could be infection of the prostate or the other parts of the genitalia.....it is better if you can check it with a doctor because with physical it will be clear do not sleep on it .

I think you could be having appendicitis. Is the pain in the lower right quadrant of your abdomen? If so, then it could be that your appendix is swollen and possibly going to burst. Of course you should always consult your physician before acting on anything, or if the pain is too severe head immediately to the ER! Hope this helps!
