Often it will take about 3 months for everything to get out of your system, so if it's been almost 2 years, then there may be an underlying problem conceiving. I suggest you and your partner looking at fertility testing.

If you are having regular periods, the chances are really high that you should have gotten pregnant with-in a year of going off birth control. I think I read that the stat is 75%. I myself had been on birth control for about 14 years and got pregnant 6 months after going off of birth control. Looks like you might have to see a fertility specialist and be tested for thyroid levels, hormone levels, sperm levels in your partner, etc.

I got off birth control and became pregnancy immediately. Typically it takes a couple 1 year to become pregnant. If it has taken more than that you need to see a doctor possibly a fertility doctor. Good Luck

Even if you miss one dose, the possibility of being able to conceive is there. And if its been two years, you are clean and free from it. Its just a matter of timing, and your own natural body!! GOOD LUCK SWEETY!!!! but no worries about pills or patches that you took years ago!

All depends on your body how regular you are, how healthly you are etc. Both types of birth control with cause your body to go out of wack. Give it some time.
Maybe talk to your doctor about getting pregnant if you have't already.
