Thanks for the answers so far. Can any Aussies please answer for me as I dont think I can get these brand names in OZ. Except or baking soda

If you treat it with vinegar it should break down the sweat, oil that is causing it to stain. It should also work with deoderant. If you soak it in the washer for a bit after treating with a stain remover you might be able to remove the stain as well. Borax detergent booster works pretty good for getting stuff out.

I have that problem, I pretreat the underarms with Era detergent, then wash in warm water and regular agitation, not gentle. If badly stained, I leave the lid up, then the washer washes the shirts but won't drain until I close the lid, that way I wash and then soak maybe 15 minutes.
I switched deodorant to arm and hammer, cut back on stains but still is as strong as the other strong deodorants-use the rollon.
