Well, the other day I was throwing away scruples, and one of them hit a guy who had been in a quandry and was just crawling out as I threw. He soon got in a snit about it, but the snit was really too small for him, and I got him to come out 'cause I had some chalk, and we entered into a freindship, where it was warm and cozy, and we drew conclusions on the walls all afternoon. He had not enough to pay me for the chalk, but he payed attention who was very happy and went away smiling.

--True love, as in *soulmate love*, isn't real, doesn't exist. People are just too busy being selfish and playing games to really care enough to love anything or anyone unconditionally, no strings attached.

--Most people, as in "Homo Sapiens", or the "thoughtful people", are neither *thoughtful* nor *humane* in the slightest. We fight and kill and maim one another over oil, religion, fairy tales (sorry to be redundant there), politics, basketball, music lyrics, reputations....all manner of silly, shallow things.

--And yet when it comes *time* to be silly, we act all ashamed of it, like there is something bad about: pop music, women's breasts, cold noses on warm puppies, freshly baked cookies, stickers, flowers, smiling and saying hello to someone *NOT* on your cell phone...

--"Live Free or X", quoted from a really *REALLY* beat up "Old Man of the Mountain" quarter I found on the sidewalk a few weeks ago....as in the last owner/abuser of the quarter saw fit to scratch through the "...Die" part of that phrase.

That last seems to be my life lately. I wasn't worth a lot to start with...I was dedicated to a monument that *no longer exists physically*...I've been beaten up *well past the point* of being recognized as useful to most people.

And yet....dying's not an option. I remain. The choice is "Live Free or X", whatever "X" means.

But that's enough out of me here! ;) Sorry to go on so....thanks for your time! :)

That if I want something done right I better be prepared to do it myself because quite frankly living with a husband and four boys can just be so overwhelmingly annoying and exhasperating..but I love them. Oh and that when they are grown I am getting the heck out of Arizona because I hate this state with a passion. But I do love my friends that live here.

Love is a lottery. The best and brightest are no more likely to get it than the worst and least deserving.
