This is only an approximation.
both sqrt 3 and sqrt 7 are irrational numbers, that is, they cannot be expressed exactly as a ratio of integers. So sqrt (3/7) = (sqrt3)/(sqrt7) ~= .6546536
Irrational does not mean it doesn't make sense, it only means that it cannot be expressed as an integer ratio. For more info see

About the only other thing you could do with tihs is rationalise the denominator. You'd do this by multiplying top and bottom by sqrt 7 and obtain (sqrt 21)/7
