Well I haven't ever felt any fake one,s but I believe I would rather have the real thing even if they were a little smaller!

I am female so I don't know IMO I wouldn't do it.
but mt husband thinks fake ones are horrible!
he says its the real thing for him cause the implants look like melons and they do not move!!!

I'm not a guy....but i have heard many guys say they are called "fake" for a reason. I hate the way they look...it is so "porn star"! nasty....
