Keeper League, I see. The choices are very enticing but if I had to pick my four to keep, I would have to pick the following:
OF Jason Bay, Pittsburgh: This is the reason why Brian Giles was traded to San Diego back in 2003. Bay has shown rare tremendous power and patience at the plate for his age (He doesn't turn 30 until 2008). His HR keeps going up, as well as RBI and BB while still keeping constitency for a struggling Pirates team that's going nowhere for the next few years.
3 Years with Pirates:
2004: .282, 26 HR, 82 RBI, 61 Runs, 41 BB, 4 SB, .358 OBP, .550 SLG
2005: .306, 32 HR, 101 RBI, 110 Runs, 95 BB, 21 SB (only been caught once), .402 OBP, .559 SLG
2006: .286, 35 HR, 109 RBI, 101 Runs, 102 BB, 11 SB, .396 OBP, .532 SLG
Last two years, he almost played a full season (162 in 2005, 159 in 2006), so health is not an issue for this kid.
OF Vladimir Guerrero, Angels: Like Bay, Guerrero manage to stay healthy and post MVP-type seasons, averaging 30+ HR, 100+ RBI with the Angels. Although he doesn't take enough BB, his stroke at the plate makes him one of the best around.
OF/INF Chone Figgins, Angels: This kid has tremendous speed, crossing 50 SB in the last two years. The only problem is how he doesn't have a permanent position in the lineup? Most of the Angels lineup are filled to the point that Figgins may be auditioning for another team next season. CF Gary Matthews Jr. is slated to be the leadoff man in 07, leaving Figgins to take Adam Kennedy's old spot of batting #9 (Kennedy sign w/ St. Louis), playing 3B this season. He plays in every position (except for C and Pitcher), so he's one of the most desirable player around.
OF Grady Sizemore, Cleveland: Expect another 20 HR, 20 SB from this super leadoff man who has yet to face any serious injurys (158 games in 2005, 162 in 2006).
Left out of my top 4:
OF Matt Holliday, Colorado: He might have already hit his peak, borrowing time from the Colorado thin air until his production drop, but don't count him out just yet.
SS Jimmy Rollins, Philadelphia: Power and speed is good for this kid and has great keeper value, but the HR pace might have been his high; however, the SB is still consistent.
RP Francisco Cordero, Milwaukee: Unless Derrick Turnbow falters again, Expect Cordero to be the setup man again, which he still has value.
SP Scott Kazmir, Tampa Bay: Great lefty, just not staying healthy for me to trust him as a keeper.
RP Joe Natahn, Minnesota: Elite Closer, but you don't have to pay a high price for him.
Who to look for in 2007:
OF Delmont Young, TB: Expected to be the starting RF, this troublesome OF will have his breakout season, unless there some consequence (say another outburst or injuries).
SP Homer Bailey, Reds: Should come up as one of the hype pitchers in the league.
SP Philip Hughes, Yankees: The Randy Johnson trade open up a spot for this kid to shine in the biggest stage.
3B Alex Gordon, Royals: Mark Tehan is already occupying his spot, but look for Gordon to be entrech by the end of the 2007 season.
Darkhorse:
SS Troy Tulowitzki, Colorado: Clint Barmes days as a legit SS is over and Tulowitzki is the projected starter, meaning big numbers in support of the Colorado thin air.
SP Yovani Gallardo, Milwaukee: Strikeout, ERA potential might have him called up soon to fill out for an injured player.
SP Mike Pelfrey, Mets: The career of Pedro Martinez is in question and missing out on Zito might have the Mets calling up this kid if they dont' succeed.
OF Billy Butler, Royals: I know what your thinking, the Royals sucks, but there future might be here with Gordon and Butler. He has tremendous power for his age (only 21) and could be the starting OF come 2007.

Vlad, Bay, Nathan, and Figgins. This is a tough one. Sizemore and Rollins have very good cases also. I dont know where all Figs is eligible, but he will be productive i think. Vlad is a top 10 pick easy, maybe top 5. Nathan is one fo the best closers. Even when he didnt rack up saves at beginning of last year, he had great numbers. Bay is a great hitter and should be a decent play this year.

Vlad, Bay, Kazmir, Nathan
Here's why: Nathan has been a consistent closer for the past few seasons. He'll help you get a nice low ERA and make up for any deficiencies that the rest of your bullpen may have.
Kazmir is a good young pitcher and if nothing else, makes great trade bait.
Vlad is consistently good hitter as long as he stays healthy. He swings a lot, but he is also one of the game's best hitters.
Bay is my last pick even though I'm not completely sold on him yet. It's because the rest of the bunch aren't that good. Bay has a lot of potential, will get you around a .280 or .270 BA as well as a few pop. Holliday was good last year, but I doubt he'll repeat the same numbers.

Vlad, Fig, Nathan for sure with either Bay or Holliday. Vlad has to be considered a first round choice this year given the reports that his health is better. I believe Figgy loses his 2B eligibility, but he is huge in that elusive SB category and contributes well in the other areas too. Nathan will get his share of saves. Bay is solid, but seems to not be happy playing in Pitt (who would be) and I thought he should have put up better numbers last year. Holliday looks good too and if he picks up a notch could be huge this year. I am assuming you are playing in a standard 5x5 league in terms of categories.

Bay-Young, unbelievably talented, and Canadian. Considering he has no protection in that lineup, he plays out of his mind.
Vlad-You'd have to be smoking crack to get rid of this guy. Pure beast.
Scott Kazmir-Again, young and talented. His wins are bound to go up. The Devil Rays are bursting at the seams with prospect hitters.
This last one is tough
Jimmy Rollins-SS is the second weakest position in fantasy, so his numbers aren't astounding but consistency at that position is essential to fantasy success.
