I have a friend who wanted me to ask this question for him. He has one ball normal size and one abnormally large...says it doesnt ever hurt him, but afraid to go to dr. any opinions on what it could be? is this normal>?

just like female breasts, no too balls are exactly the same in size. but if one is abnormally larger than the other, better urge your friend to see a doctor. cheers!

depends on how much bigger it is. It would be a good idea to have a doctor check it out , especially if it's been a sudden change

humas bodies are not exactly symmetrical, even we, girls, have a boob bigger than the other. The question here is: how much bigger is the testicle? he should get it checked out.
