i try to joke with them & be cool with them. but like only a few of them like me & talk to me.

Stop thinking of them as losers, for one. That comes across whether you realize it or not.
Be respectful. You can't do much more than that because people like you because THEY want to - not because YOU want them to.
In other words, do what you do and let others be down with you. Let them come to you but don't sweat it in the meantime.

Maybe because you are such a hottie, you just can't concentrate on your job? They probably resent your attitude rather than your looks, they probably haven't noticed.
