how come in some internet streaming videos i cannot seek?

when i press anywhere on the seek bar, i get sent back to the beginning. how do i fix this?

Try clearing your catche, cookies, history, etc. You may also not have your cookies enabled.

Go to>> Tools>>Internet Options>> and everything you need will be there.

You may want to capture the streaming video so you can view it over and over again. You could use SNAG IT 5.0. But Donovan is correct because there are some site that does not allow you.

some sites wont allow you to do so, so they restart you.
