If it is to hurt or harm someone and it's a continuing thought I think you should think of the out come of your actions. You are old enough to know right from wrong. Thinking something and doing something are two different things.
Lot's of people think things that aren't necessarily good but they don't act on them. I feel if they aren't good and you know it, and then do it any way then you have lost your control. If you do something and have no idea that it was wrong then I think most would call that crazy.
