Honestly, no. I don't think he is an evil/rotten guy. I think he actually believes that he is doing the right thing...the tragedy is that he is a simpleton who is being manipulated by evil ideologues who want force their particular brand of theology on the rest of the world and make their rich friends richer!

But I do believe that the war in Iraq is foolish.
I believe he basically took a risk by invading Iraq and it blew up in his face!
Now America is suffering the consequences of his choice.
