Hypothetically, I think Orochimaru would feel gleeful that he had married someone who can keep him alive and heel him.
How would she feel? Drunk, because that's the only way it would occur, ever, unless she lost a bet. Maybe both.
I can definatly see Kabuto being the ring bearer: A cocky smile on his face.
Jiraiya would be crying in his Sake.
Lee would probably not attend.
Sasuke is -ALREADY- a flower girl, what a tool.

Of course they're getting married! That's why everyone hates the filler episodes, they added this crazy wedding in it...
As for the questions...
Oro must be happy when he got married because Tsunade doesn't age (sorta) so it's a pretty good deal. Plus she is strong! He was so happy at the wedding ceremony, he peed his pants. She was too drunk to know what was going on and gambled away her wedding ring. Kabuto is ring-bearer and Sasuke is flower girl. And Jiriya is bridesmaid. Sarutobi is dead so he can't react to the wedding. Jiriya is mad because he can't get a woman. Rock Lee drinks all the sake and then he pees his pants because he is drunk.
This is a funny question. You should make a fanfic out of it.

I wont feel anything if Orochimaru marry Tsunade cos i think that would be great if he marry a "woman" rather than a "man" as what fans has been describing him as gay.
if he was a good man, and marry Tsunade. I think he would feel "happy" and "lucky"? and Tsunade would feel the same too cos they are both inlove and so.
Sarutobi would be happy for them because both of them are his student especially Orochimaru,,,Oro is his favourite student, he might handover his throne to Oro if he is a good guy.
If Orochimaru is a good guy, i dont think he will meet Kabuto so i'll leave kabuto out and JIraiya would probably get drunk and blame himself for not winning Tsunade over Orochimaru...yes all of the guests will get drunk and feel happy for the newly wed couple.
Lee can't drink sake cos hes very weak at drinking he would probably ruin the party.....
