She hates me because she says she has a feeling I'm gonna hurt Lizzy, my BFF, and I dont know how I could do that because she is like my BFF for life. Her mom also won't let Lizzy come over to my house and she wont let me come over to their house, this has been going on since the last time I was at their house. And I didn't do anything wrong the last time I was there. Lizzy gets grounded everytime she sticks up for me in a fight. I really don't know what do and I don't want to be too mean to her mom. I'm 12 and my Lizzy is 13. And I really don't want a reputation for being mean.

Try to handle this in a mature way. Try and talk to Lizzy's mom and ask her why she feels the way she does. I'm sure there is more to the story, there has to be a better reason that she feels this way. When you talk to her ask her what you can do to improve her perception of you.

Parents have this job of protecting their children. And they usually have many years of experience behind them. This mom may see something wrong between the 2 of you that you don't even see. She is only trying to protect her daughter. Thank goodness my mom protected me from my best friend in high school. I could not see it because I didn't want to and we were very close, but my best friend did not always have my best interest in mind. So make sure, absolutely, you are that kind of friend ALWAYS, to keep your friends best interest in mind. Please give it some time, don't try to stir things up because you are upset. Let time pass and prove you are there for Lizzy as a GREAT friend.
