Yes, art work can be ANYTHING creative. Hell, you could spit on a window, take a picture at the right angle, and call it artwork. Believe it or not, art work IS you. Everything you create, is YOU. Noone can duplicate, or create what you envision.
Art is a self expression. One that only YOU can create. (same as above)
Fashion is something that stands out, catches the eyes. And I mean that in a "WOW" type catch. Not a "WTF?" type catch.
Fashion can make you or break you. Personally, I feel if you dress the way YOU want to, not how others do, you have a high sence of fashion. You know what you are about. If you dress like everyone else, you are broken. You are not original, and ytou need a pair of scissors, and some paint, we are going to fix this.
I play NO sports. I like to WATCH sports.
My "Gold" is Music. I absolutely cannot go a day without it.

What is Art? My art is my true self.
Fashion is uniqueness.
Fashion can make me feel envious.
Sports.....ha ha ha ha ha! Sports are NOT a priority in my life!
What is my gold?? It is those precious moments while painting when the hours go by like minutes.

OF COURSE artworks can be YOU!!! You see all the famous artists, most of them paint themselves, how they feel, their emotions, wat they're thinking, etc.
To me, art is like poetry, or music... you make artworks about urself...
Both Fashion and Artwork are unique... It depends on what you think they are...
I don't play much sport, but I am beginning to like soccer...
My GOLD is my ARTWORK!!! I LUV ART and that is my treasure and skill....
