Well, that's an open-ended question. Does he say he wants to marry you? Do you have a ring? Do you have date? Those are 3 good ways to tell if he's serious.

His actions towards you will speak volumes. Don't just listen to what he says, but rather listen to what he says coupled with how he treats you. Remember, that actions will always speak louder than words. If he says one thing but does another, look out for down the road, that always spells disaster!
