What are some things women do or say that baffle you?

I'll give you a verbatum conversation between my ex-gf (Anna) and me (Dave):
Anna is visibly upset.
Dave: "What's wrong babe?"
Anna: (in an icy voice) "Nothing"
Dave: "Sweetheart, I can tell something is wrong, do you want to talk about it?"
Anna: "I don't want talk about it."
Dave: "OK then, how was your day."
Anna: "Like you care."
Dave: Slightly raised voice "What is wrong? Did I do something to upset you?"
Anna: "You know what's wrong."
Dave: "Uh, no I don't, that's why I'm asking the question: what's wrong?"
Anna: "If I have to tell you then it's probably not important to you."
Dave: "Do you think that I'm asking you the same question over and over just to hear the sound of my voice? I care about you and I want to make it right. Now please darling, what's wrong?"
Anna: "You know what's wrong, you know what you did, and I'm going to my girlfriend's, I'll be back later."

I am really baffled on how they can take anything bad that has happened to them and make it seem like it is our faults. Also, how they also believe that we should know how they feel at all times.

The fact that I keep seeing them go for the "moody husky voiced guy that is so misunderstood" . They think they can change him with just a little bit of their LOVE.
I used to try saying something; now I just sit back and take bets on how long it will last. I actually split it with one of them afterwards.

Change their whole body into a fake one and change the subject during an argument.

I don't understand how their peepees go inside when mine goes outside. And why do they get mad when I look up their skirts?
