I came in about half way-just in time to see Dr. Cox solving everyones patients problems like House. Did Carla lose the baby???? At the end she was in the hospital, holding a doll and crying. What happened??

It was a good episode, and Carla is just suffering post-part depression. She´s not going out of the hospital, so the bill is increasing and the depression, without money will be bigger. Good show, not as good as Earl, but fine anyway.

No, Carla's baby is fine. She's just going through post-partum depression.
