Because they are little cry baby's.

I dont think people are protesting war just to protest. IMHO people object to sending the troops into other countries to fight. I'm sure their would not be as much discent if the war was in your own country. Historically wars helped to keep down the population, and I dont think that has changed so much.

Because people have freedom of speech. Many of us are not mindless dumbasses. We know the difference between right & wrong. Justice & Injustice. Minding our own business & sticking our nose where it don't belong. You dident see war protesters during the world wars because we were attacked... Thats the differance. When people in our goverment use our military might to accomplish their own personal agenda's, someone should speak out against them. You Should be thanking them for having the balls to stand up against our crooked goverment.

Because what else can you do against war EXCEPT speak out?
You didn't have to be a military or an Iraq expert back in 2003 to have had the sense that the occupation of that country was going to be a disaster. You just had to know a few things about other notable failed occupations in history.

Because these people, in their infinite wisdom, think that they know what a better course of action than the people who have the REAL picture of what's going on. War protestors have access to Crack and College universities, and that's what they thrive on. The President and Joint Chiefs have access to libraries and libraries of intel and info, and therefore, are in a better position to make the call, rather than these life-long reprobates at Berkeley. If war is because of something really bad or for a really noble cause then make it short and well thought out, Iraq was illegally started because there were no weapons of mass destruction found. Bush simply wanted to finish what his father started.

because WAR is never ever a good thing...
... and if you talking about Irak war there was more inexpensive and decent ways to look for these weapons or remove Saddam ( whatever was the excuse) But war was a convenient for some pockets... this is the pathetic true.

Exercising their right to protest against a stupid, immoral thing.
If you don't like it, then you can always leave - all the traffic from the south is headed north. . . Your way should be clear sailing.

Because war is not healthy for children and other living things.
Sending other people's young sons and daughters to fight a war for you is not the answer.
Diplomacy is a priceless jewel.
