Katie Fabar couldn't get her story straight and bragged to the wrong people and was to loose right afterwards to go to trial
so the prosecution didn't have a case and dropped the charges

Gosh, this is really old news. There is a difference between rape and consensual sex. While it is true that he and the woman had sex, it was not against her will. Both of them showed poor judgment. He is a married man, and she was an employee of the hotel and should not have gone to his room with him willingly, supposedly to show him around the hotel. Showing guests around the hotel was not part of her job.
