I would imagine. Although I don't want to guess. I would see no problem in it. It's like having relations with an animal is illegal, why? I mean I understand the fundamentals behind it, but really why? So I'm assuming relations with an Alien may be looked down upon, and the fact that they are of an entirely different species may play into it. But I don't really know, thanks for getting me thinking...great question.

Yes, it will be illegal to have sex with an alien if they exist because that so called alien would probably be in the country illegally. Another reason would probably be that they might abduct you and suck out your brain and... and... well lets just talk about happy things!!

Sex outside of our species is labeled bestiality(which is illegal), and having sex with aliens would fall under the "outside the species" qualifier..connect the dots yourself.

i guess it could be legal if you could convince the courts that you were born sexually attracted aliens.....you know, that it's natural---we could eventually get them to tolerate it...i'm sure lol...you'd need a name for it(humans and aliens wanting each other)
then you could push for acceptance, i'm sure some political party would see how fighitng for it could give them some votes....

There are no miscegenation laws regarding aliens.
However, if they were invading the earth, you might be prosecuted for providing aid and comfort to the enemy.

It depends on how you would have sex with them. Maybe they don't have penies and puzzies so it would be hard to have sex with one. Maybe they do some weird thing like absorb their bums into one bum and it creates a baby, and then they seperate their bums when they are done. That's if your talking about aliens from space.
If you mean illegal aliens, then I guess you could have sex with one, but YUCK that's dirty.
