I'd say either Monta Ellis of the Warriors going from 6.8 to 17.1 points per game or Kevin Martin of the kings going from 10.8 to 21.2
Al Jefferson is also stepping his game up from 7.9 and 5.1 (points and rebounds) to 13.7 and 9.8
Andrew Bynum of the lakers has also improved a lot but isn't producing as much but he's a guy to look out for

i would say that Eddy Curry is the most improved player in the NBA. Im a knick fan because i'm a new yorker and I love a lot of the players but eddy curry has averaged 29.4 ppg in his last 11 games he had over 20 points and 10 rebounds. Another option is David lee. What a rebounder averaging 8 off rebounds/game and he can score from anywhere. Why do you think the Knicks lead the league in offensive rebounding? Eddy Curry and David Lee #42 & #34

Kevin Martin of the Sacramento Kings. He averaged 10.8 points per game last year while shooting 48% from the floor, 37% from behind the arc, and 85% from the line. This year he is averaging 21.2 points per game while shooting 50% from the floor, 44% from behind the arc, and 91% from the line.

smush Parker. no doubt about it. He was undrafted and he played for the cavs for a while but avereaged less than a point. Now he's starting for the lakers and he's averaging more than 10 points
