You need a valid student visa
You need all your University transcripts from the UK including pre school education.

You need to apply to the Universities in the USA of your choosing.
You need to have enough financial backup to be allowed to study here in the USA.

You should ask your student academic affairs counselor to help and asist you in your transaction to transfer. Good luck. Hope this helped you.

Foremost, apply for a visa at the American Consulate in Uk. Second, select a university you will most likely study. Then send in an application, most us universities now accept applications online and request from the admissions of your school to send your transcript. Again, calculate the cost of studying in the us (it might be very expenses).
