Dream weaver is the best. Get photshop with image ready, design it in photoshop, cut it up in image ready, save as html and put it together again in dreamweaver.
You'll need at least a month to use learn these programs with any satisfaction, so start downloading the progs now.

There are TONS of places offering free webhosting. This means you can get your own website for free. The downside? You usually have to settle for a subdomain "http://yourwebsite.tripod.com". If you want your own domain www.yoursitehere.com, you'll have to register it (yahoo does it for 10$ a year). Also, if you buy your own domain, usually you need to get a hosting package (some places do it together). I can host you for about 5$ a month depending on what kind of space you need.

I got a free website for my business. It was real easy, you can download pics, and sell things if you want. Try doing a search for Tripod. Might be tripod.lychos.com. Search 'tripod' 'free' 'website' it should come up.

freewebs.com and use the easy start option or go to pages.google.com. BTW, these two options are free. also, if you want a better domain, freedomain.co.nr
