go into i-tunes. plug in your i-pod. on the right hand side there should be some icons. click on the one that is your i-pod.

click on the button that says "restore" this will reset all options to your i-pod. that includes clearing your memory. WHICH MEANS THAT ALL OF YOUR SONGS WILL BE EREASED FROM YOUR I-POD BUT NOT I-TUNES!!! then, redownload all of your songs.

good luck!!

1. Do u max. the volume on iTunes? 2. Check your speaker and the line? 3. You may select your data on iTunes and right click on your mouse. Select Get info and goto option to max. the volume. If the music not work in iTunes, its wouldn't work in ipod also. So, reinstall your music.
