Nope. Pepsi is just trying to compete and be as good as Coke. Kind of like trying keeping up with the Jones's.

Coke came out strong in the first three rounds, but Pepsi bounced back in rounds five and six and nearly knocked Coke out in the seventh round.

They always have been......stupid debate though.
I took the Pepsi Challenge, about 20 years ago at a local market, I chose COKE....No free pop for me.

this would have eventually happened anyways if they were fighting. they always compete ith each other making the same exact damn products. pepsi=coke, sprite=7up, blah blah blah. but i believe coke is doing better since it was the most original.
