I want to go to my best friends house is perfect, but (in spanish) you say 'a la' instead of 'de' (Yo quiero ir a la casa de mi mejor amiga). If it is a guy you are talking about just change 'amiga' for 'amigo'.

Yo quiero ir a la casa de mi mejor amiga (female)/ amigo (male)

"Yo quiero ir a la casa de mi mejor amiga" translates to "I want to go to my best friend's house." You could also say it as "Yo deseo ir a la casa de mi mejor amiga."

The correct way to say "I want to go to my best friend's house" is "Deseo ir a mi casa del mejor amigo." Trust me, it's right.
