make sure the songs on itunes don't say broken link or anything like that and you can also put Cd's onto itunes then put them on your ipod.

I'm not exactly a pro on this type of thing but hope every thing works out. I know ipods can be a pain sometimes.

If you purchased music in iTunes, you will have to drag those songs from the music library (upper left hand corner) into a playlist (lower left hand corner). That playlist should be set to download to your iPod when you connect it. If it does not, once you connect your iPod, you can set your preferences on how you want it to update.

Well it starts with Ipod is pretty much a hard to use piece of junk that looks cool, that's why I have one.

Now...you got the music off Itunes, are you sure you put it on your ipod and its not just in your lib.?

go into i-tunes. plug in your i-pod. on the right hand side there should be some icons. click on the one that is your i-pod.

click on the button that says "restore" this will reset all options to your i-pod. that includes clearing your memory. then, redownload all of your songs. if that doesnt work, call the people. the sevice # is on I-tunes and on the instrution mannual.

good luck!!
