i dont know if i am getting my period i alraedy know i am not pregnantg and i already missed a month of having my period i am 16 and i had 3 days feeling really tired i feel really full and tight on my upper stomach i think its bloatness and my period just wont come ive had a few backa ches i dont know whhat i an do to get my period already i dont wan to miss anoter month is this normal?

take a pregancy test...free at planned parenthood ....look in your phonebook or buy one from a drugstore...dont have unprotested sex!!!!

If you are on birth control that can be the cause. Since you are 16 your body may still be adjusting to its cycle. Stress is also a cause of missed periods. How do you know you are not preg. home tests aren't always accurate. Check out http://www.youngwomenshealth.org/menstrual3.html

If your positive that your not pregnant ... Then answer this.... Is it past the time of month you'd normally have your period? If so you need to see your doctor. It's pretty normal at that age to still skip a month, I know I did and I most definately wasn't pregnant (i wasn't even sexually active). Good Luck.

chech with your doctor because if you miss any month of having your period,you may be sick.

go to your doctor for a check up they will take test to tell you what is wrong..
