I'll do it for you right here

add up how much is coming in each month
subtract set expenxes (bills) and rent

whatever is left divided by 30 to see how much per day
if you have trouble limiting it, give yourself the dollars, 30 or 3, whatever,

then adjust your attitude, instead of "I'm broke and can't do anything"

say, I have $9, what will that make for dinner?
Aren't I lucky to have $9 for today, tomorrow I will have $9 more

You may want to try this budget template by Microsoft.

Here's the link:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC062062791033.aspx

It is a very easy to use spreadsheet that can help aid in the development of your budget.

A few tips for you in developing a budget:

Remember a budget is a way of life. It is not something you can use to get out of debt. It is a tool that you can use to help keep you on track as well as view your spending trends and habits.

Keep tabs on your bank accounts on-line. Also if you do not have a debit card it may be a good time to get one. This way you can go on-line a view your accounts and transactions in one place.

Also a debit card is a great way to eliminate using credit cards too. If the funds are available in your account(s) you do not have to use a "credit card" to purchase the item(s) and pay a high interest rate later.

Hope this info helps.

Best of luck in developing your budget!

God Bless.....

It's not really that hard.

Take your incomes--wages, other jobs, etc.
Take your bills and what you need to pay--bills, rent/mortgage, utilities, gas, payments to companies (if you have them), food, etc.

Look at how much you spend in a month and go from there. Always save your receipts.
