I work in a plant and the supervisor told me to tuck my shirt in, i told him it was too short to stay in and he gets an attitude and tells me to tuck the shirt in. I told him it wouldn't stay so his face gets red and starts yelling and cursing tuck your F'n shirt in i don't care if it's too F'n short. I told him there is no reason to cuss me i was just telling you, he then starts cursing again telling me that i can go the f*** home and it's not his f'n problem if it's too short. I told him again to stop cussing at me there is no reason to. He then tells me to get the f*** out and talk to the HR manager in the morning. What can i do about him cursing and yelling at me (in front of other employees). He's been taken up front by other employees for doing the same thing but they never do anything about it.

Make a formal written complaint to the HR department. Is there a safety issue about tucked in clothing, or is the supervisor just trying to impose his will on you? If there is no safety issue and there is nothing in your employment agreement that says you have to tuck your shirt in then tell him to step off.
Also make it known that you will not tolerate being spoken to in that fashion and that you are making a formal complaint in writing about his attitude. Make sure you enlist the back up of any witnesses. Bully boy scumbags p*ss me off big time.

Take his advice and go to the HR manager and explain what happened. As long as you mantain a calm voice and give the facts it will be hard to dismiss your story.
If you don't get any satisfaction from the HR manager, go higher up. I am sure upper management would love to know how your were treated.
If they don't seem to care, do you really want to work for a company that let's things like this happen?

You were right to remain calm.

Check the OSHA regulations and talk to the civil liberties union or a lawyer. No one should have to suffer verbal or mental abuse on their jobs.

Make absolutely sure you document each and every incident and carry a tape recorder on you. You have to let the other person know you are recording them or it won't stand up in court. I'll bet after a couple of times showing them a tape recorder, this person will exercise extreme caution when speaking to any employee.

Well, you know he has done it to other employees, so why did you not just tuck your shirt in?
Say bye bye to your job, you will be dismissed on the grounds of insubordination and confrontation!
Your Managing Director can swear at your Supervisor, but your Supervisor CANNOT swear at him, your Managing Director and the Supervisor can swear at you, but you CANNOT swear at them!
