No such thing as a stupid question. If a boy gets an erection and doesn't have sex he usually masturbates or takes a cold shower. I never took a cold shower ! :>) If he tells you it hurts and he needs to have sex tell him he's wrong cause it don't hurt. He is just feeding you a line.

Boys get erections all the time and don't have sex. Sometimes they wake up with an erection. If a boy is using the line that it hurts and he needs to have sex with you......it's just a line. It doesn't hurt and the erection will go away on it's own.

That isn't a stupid question. Nothing bad will happen to the boy if you don't have sex with him, even if he's erect and very aroused.
Don't believe any boy who tells you he just HAS to have sex because he's in so much discomfort!

No, perfectly normal for a boy to get erections at any time during the day without engaging in any form of sex. It will not harm you in any way, so don't worry.

Erections basically are all about where the blood is located. The Penis has open interior cavities to 'receive' blood to engorge & make it 'erect'. So, if the Penis is not used for any reason...the blood dissipates & 'relocates' as it were. All in the normal body function.

No nothing bad will happen. Guys gete erections everyday so dont worry about it. But if after a long time of no sex or masturbation he can get "blue balls" but it will go away.

Not stupid. Most men experience this every night with nocturnal erections, and can experience it any time. It's harmless, and normal. No pain.
