I love your jacket. I have the same problem with mine, so all id o is that i just take a rwally hard brush, anf i brush my sheepy fur. there is another solution, go buy a new jacket!!! good luck!!! lol :]

Go back to the cleaners and explain the situation. Hold them accountable for the ruined jacket.

oh my gosh that jacket is so cute! i want it! anyways, i can't believe it turned all messed up!!! u should take it back to the cleaners and demand they fix it somehow. if they can't, make them pay you back for it. try brushing the fur on ur jacket with a shoebrush and hopefully all the stray and ugly fur will come off and it will look nice again :P good luck

Definitely complain. You can replace the jacket for $40....so I would tell the owner/manager that you would like them to replace the jacket, and show them the picture of what it is supposed to look like....and what it looks like now.

Oh that sucks...you know you can go back to the cleaners and have them pay for ruining your cloths...they have to....n then ask your mom not to do a favor without asking first... ^_^ ...i'd be pissed too...
