unfortunately they must live their lives and you should have known what you were getting into when you moved in. ive been upstairs living and ive lived on 1st floor apt. squeeky floors can be hell and the police will laugh at you unless they play their music all the way up.

Sneak down to a construction site,& steal a nail gun.Then get on a chair & run a bunch of nails thru your ceiling & thru their floor. You'l get arrested & wont have to worry about the upstairs neighbors. Or go ask them politely to cool it

Let the freon out of their A/C unit in mid August. Keep doing this. Make them wanna leave.

Attach a sub woofer as close to the ceiling as you can. Whenever they bother you bother them right back. They'll get the point not to make so much noise eventually.

hit the ceiling with a broom everytime, that will make them think and say oops and they will try to be more careful hopefully....
