No, I had them at around 26 and a year will breeze by. Crooked teeth are more of a turn off.

On first appearances, (if they were big and obvious) I think would find them less than appealing. But having said that, I would never date someone based purely on appearances. If I liked them as a person and they had braces, I would get over it. It's short-term, and it's not a big deal. If you find the right guy/girl, they won't turn you down just because you have braces. If you think you have a great connection with someone but they won't date you because you have braces, then you know that they're incredibly superficial, and therefore you probably won't benefit from being in a relationship with them anyway. Be yourself, be confident, and you will be fine. I have a friend your age who has braces and she doesn't have any trouble getting dates.

Not at all. Their are lots of options tese days. ASk your orthodontist about InvisiLine, also. My boyfriend (28) has them and you can't even tell he is wearing them.

They have clear braces that look invisible on your teeth. Ask your dentist about it. If it helps you straightening your teeth, you shouldn't be concern about looks but the health of your teeth.

Was invisalign an option? It's clear braces.

not really, they are temporary. If you are cute, you are cute, regardless of braces, unless you get some funky grill job. It does look wierd though on older people IMO.

Turn off? Nah. Unless you are up for a modelling job, no one will really care.
