With any reputable messenger service or anything else, that's impossible, unless you're a talented hacker.
Not to mention that viewing someone's webcam without their permission is as low as following them and taking pictures of them without their knowledge--a pure invasion of privacy.

You would need to convince them to turn remote assistance on and accept a connection from you. Then you have full access to there system assuming your both on XP. Look up remote assistance on google to get a feel of how it works. This is probably your easiest option considering you dont actively hack.

you have to have a program bu tin general they have to invite you.. however if you have setting preference at yahoo and have their code password you can set it to let screename to view it anytime add to in preferences when they are on it .. if you have access to their comp if not they have spycams but ya pay.. im not liking what ya have in mind .. not good
