Orochimaru has met many women in his life, as mentioned by the people above. If they were hott <3 he gets shy and blushes like any anime character. If they're ugly he laughs at them!

yea umm letsee...he met Tsunade, Anko, Shizune, Sakura, and Tayuya. Well, he obviously thought of Tsunade, Shizune, and Sakura as enemies cuz they went against his crazy ideas to destroy Konoha, but Anko used to be his apprentice, but he never showed any signs of caring about her after he abandoned her, and Tayuya, well, is just a tool used to get Sasuke pretty much.

He met Tsunade, Sakura, Shizune, Anko, Kabuto....I was joking about the last one. But I think all he felt was bloodlust. Well... he was rubbing on Anko's face when they met in the Forest of Death...
