No Sasuke is the type that doesn't care about love but he does care for her like a good friend, he feels the same way about Naruto.

Sasuke never loves Sakura from the begining until the end, he only cares for greater power to seek revenge for his parents and clan.
And No, Sasuke didnt come back for Sakura or to Konoha's village because he hasnt complete his mission there ( to kill his brother itachi).
as for sakura, I think she still loves him but not much anymore because she realised Naruto was the one who has been staying and keeping her strong all these while.

No. I don't think he'll ever love Sakura, and I'm pretty sure she's over him. o.o Or... if she does like him, she realizes that, like I said before, he'll never return the feelings. { I still love Sasuke, though~ ^_^ }
