Wha??? He likes them baby and adult? I only know of Depends for adults...are you asking if an adult male can wear baby diapers? On a 210 lb guy? I don't think there's such a thing.

Most ABs (adult babies) claim to like Depends or Attends. Those that really want to feel "babyish" will put stickers on the front, to make them look like a "real diaper."

this person has mental issues i would suggest a mental institution for some help...getting sexual pleasure out of peeing on yourself in a diaper is far from normal...tell mr. 22 year old to go get a job and use the toilet be useful to society stop being a nasty, gross, sicko....
