I live in America, and I was thinking about moving to the U.K. I wanted to know how is life there?(crime rate, schools, homes, e.t.c)

its like living in a wonderland where everyone is nice, the weather is always perfect and everyone is happy. But seriously where are you planning moving to? that will determin the crime rate, school etc.

But a general overview. You are less likely to be shot, but probably just as likely to be robbed as you will in america

You will be shocked at how much a house will cost you, average house price is about £160,000 ($300,000) and thats for a 2 bed terraced house

Schoools can be quite good if you go to the right area

University is no longer free i'm afraid but health care is, however bad it may be.

Bring an umbrella and a warm coat it will rain

don't start supporting our sports teams they are all crap

il tell you that per head in population that scotland is 4th in the world worse for crime and england is 6th the US aint even in the top 10 in the world, il tell you that you could buy a 10 bedroom house there for the price of a 2 bedroom house in a council estate here, and il tell you unless you put your kids to a private american shool which will cost you a small fortune they will get bullied in a normal school because yes there american, stay were you are

I have lived in the UK on and off for most of my life. Mostly London. It quite safe. Do a search on living in the UK

Where I live it's cold, rainy, overcast, occasionally murderous, great eduction system, usually over-priced inadequate housing standards, and on January 25th of each year we're overrun by haggis.

expensive, cold, rainy, small, equally bad leader of country.

On the other hand better education system, less fat people and smoking in public places! (until later in the year-book ur ticket fast)
