I was lied to into thinking there would be no interest for a year and now im stuck paying for it. i dont use the comp because im in another state. how do i get out of this mess?

big companies like that are usually willing to budge a little bit in the name of good customer service. if you really feel like you are getting a raw deal, then call them up and tell them. call whatever contact # you have for them and tell them your situation.
let them know that you are pretty bitter about the way you are being treated, but dont cuss or be rude. if they act like there is nothing they can do, then ask to talk to somebody higher. let them know that if the situation isnt resolved then you will never do business with dell again.
chances are, they will at least offer you something better than what you have right now.

If you have a contract and it states you would have no interest on your finance if the computer was paid for before a year then you can sue the company.

Your best bet is to Sell the Dell for as much as you can get for it...Pay Dell off...and Never deal with them again.

well... you cant really, because this is a contract, and contracts cant go until the person who started this contract declares it off
