As long as your modem has a ethernet jack and just does not have a usb connection, then yes it should work.....

Yes it will work, but might require a change of settings on the router. It's not difficult but does require you to set the loggin and password for the DSL conection. You'll need the info to do so, else you'll need to ask the ISP to do. It's not considered userfriendly, and would be the same for any router.

it sure will as long as there is no reason why it shouldn't other than you hadn't read the user manual
