Honey, I have read all of your questions about this situation, and it is very dysfunctional. I think that what you are truely feeling here is an addiction to him. I know I have been there in your shoes and it is very very hard to overcome, and see it for what it really is. In one of your questions you stated that you strayed because he was very abusive and here you are saying he is a saint. Come on sweetie who are you trying to kid? You know in your heart of hearts that this is a bad relationship for you but you cannot leave it. Thats an addiction. May I suggest that you go buy the book called "Facing Love Addiction" by Pia Mellody? You will be amazed at accurately she will describe your relationship with him and what attracted you two in the first place. You will feel that she wrote this book about you and him. What have you got to lose? Go get that book and get an understanding as to what drives you back to him. I am frre to email if you want and need support. yes you need to pray. if you were strong enough you would not have asked a question. you need to ask god or whoever your higher power is and ask him to forgive you for being indecisive. i missed your question and by reading the others answers it must of been quite silly. yes you can find another man, he would not be holier than thou or you for that matter. but men are just that men. no one can be like god, if that is what you are looking for you will never find him.and while you are waiting to see what god bestows upon you, don't miss the good man that he might bestow to you.

Hon, there's all kinds of great single men out there, and plenty of them are willing to love a woman AND her child.
You won't find him in a bar or a casino--try looking at a church or a library--or a supermarket, or laundromat.....
But he's probably not going to look like Brad Pitt, so start looking at REGULAR nice guys!

You will find another eventually, don't worry... Meanwhile, just try to find enjoyment in yourself - you don't have to be dependent on someone else to make your life meaningful. If you enjoy your own company - other people will enjoy your company as well. (If you are a miserable and bitter *****, however, no one will want to have anything to do with you, and you will just keep on growing ever more bitter and miserable.) Good luck.
