But you should consider why you keep getting re-infected.

Make sure you have an adequate firewall (XP firewall alone is not adequate) and refrain from using anything downloaded recently.

Zlob Virus General Description:
It is a backdoor designed to give the attacker remote control over a compromised PC. It changes essential computer settings and modifies certain files. Zlob starts automatically on every Windows startup and hides its activities by injecting code into explorere.exe. It waits for remote connections and allows the attacker to download and install additional software, execute certain commands and manage the entire computer. Zlob can be very dangerous. Use antivirus and malware removal tools in order to get rid of this spyware.

Yes, it's probably coming back from backup files hiding in System Restore. Go to Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore and turn it off before rebooting into Safe Mode (repeatedly tap F8 while it's booting). Then run your a/v in there. Reboot normally and turn Restore back on.

Make sure you have a good firewall!

There are lots of programs that will remove it. You should go into Safe Mode and then run the scan. Safe Mode stops non-essential programs from running and interfering with the removal.

Here is an online site that really does remove this infection. You can't go into Safe Mode for online scans.

Install A-squared free here http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/ >>>>These 2 apps will remove all viruses and spywares from your pc.
You also may want to install SpywareBlaster here http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html >>>>to prevent further incident.

first off all get all the necesary anti virus programs download them and install them but dont run them yet. EG.. ad awear, system mechanics. spy weare programs etc.

Turn off your computer and run it in SAFE MODE. the run all the anti virus and other programs you have let them search for the viruses, once its finished, run clean disk, and dick defragmenter. once that is completed for better security in internet download firefox 2.0...

run your computer again now it should be healthy and safety as before but make sure you use firefox

Hope this helps..
