what? mexicans have been coming into usa to work for 200 years. much as i'd like to blasme bush for everything. he's hot responsible fo immigration.

Bush is in favor of mexicans (and other people of hispanic origin) to come into the united states for a short amount of time to do migrant work, but they would have to leave afterwards.

Yes he did... He allowed some "Latinos" to come into the country with temporally visas to work.
