Watching a favorite movie usually works for me. That, and then going to sleep.

I gaurantee this will work. Go take a nice shower, say your prayers, and go to bed. A good night sleep will allow you to put your feet on the floor and begin a new day. Rest is what you need to turn off the whole world. The light from the new morning will make you realize it is gonna get better. Always in the morning, it is better.

Keep myself busy.. tidy my room and do the cooking(just in case I feel hungry) while my favourite CD is in full volume in the background, then a long bubble bath and think of what I'm gonna do if I win the lottery..That last one always sends me off to sleep and when I wake up, I feel refresh! Try it, it works for me...

I call on God threw prayer and read the Bible.

I also try to think of the many things I have to feel good about and the many blessing God has bestowed upon me.

Sit down with a cig. and shiner beer and relax. Preferably in my hot tub, then have some naughty sex! Usually works for me!
